I think that not only will an engineering program be good for Marshall, but Marshall will be good for engineering. With the strong liberal arts programs offered at the University in fields like language and science, I think that our program will produce students ready to compete in a global job market.

We are going to have to restructure some of our faculty and possibly bring in some additional staff to help build the new program.
