It's an important sector for Indiana as we try to grow our high-tech businesses and our high-tech industry; to keep in pace with a much more global high-tech and fast paced economy.

With the infrastructure that we have already set up in the state as far as universities, that provides a great infrastructure for these types of companies to draw talent from. That is very valuable.

We did put a bid out for that specific plant. I do know we've had several conversations with them.

As technology improves, you need less space and less labor. That also means workers need to be much more skilled.
