I will meet with a union member and nursing management every month to talk about concerns, in a collegial environment. I want to communicate with them and need their input.

I hope that this open conversation will help to build a much more collaborative partnership for the future. Rather than two entities coming together once in a while, I hope the meeting will mark the beginning of an ongoing, perpetual relationship.
