Meghan ran a phenomenal race. I'm very pleased. She went out hard and ran a smart race. She still hasn't reached her full potential.

Each meet, the times are dropping. I believe we can improve a lot more. We're going to come together in the end for the big meets.

We do have quite a few boys. I am happy with the number we did get this year. We have a lot of new runners and a lot of young runners.
