The fact that he's in a high-profile, major conference athletic director job doesn't change that; he still holds true came values when rookie high school football coach. He knows the difference between right and wrong, he cherishes relationships and he tries to live by what he thinks is right.

We are pleased to be acknowledged as a national leader in this area. Over the years, people have worked very hard to make things happen. You're never done. It's an ongoing process. But we think we've made progress and its' nice to have an external entity recognize the progress.
