Our young guys just stepped up. As the season went on they are no longer underclassmen. They're a step up and I'm very, very proud of them.

We were able to box out and get up the floor quickly. Transition baskets really helped us weather the storm whenever they put a run together.

We just got done winning three loser-out games. Definitely state's a little more pressure, but it's pressure we've handled. I thought we did a great job in keeping our composure.

We had a very hard time keeping them off of the offensive boards. It's been an Achilles heel of ours all year long and it came back in the state tournament. It obviously hurt us.

This is about a satisfying a win as I have ever had. ... I love these seniors. For them to stick together and overcome these odds -- it's equal to anything I've ever been involved in.
