This was really good. I had a good quick sixth inning and went out for the seventh. I got the first guy out and then got in a little bit of trouble. I felt good. I thought I could throw a (complete game) but everyone in the bullpen came in and did a great job. We got the win.

We came out with a little somebody-stole-your-lunch-money attitude. There wasn't much talking, it was all work tonight.

This is the whole reason I became a starting pitcher. I came in last year and we were already down -- so I became a starter this year for stuff like this.

This time, instead of not making a play they made it four times. It was awesome.

(Miller and Bard) are the two higher-ranked pitching prospects in the nation, but I feel like me and Henry and this whole pitching staff can match up just as well if not better. I think we'll match up fine.

It's a lot easier driving home with a win than a loss.
