We scored 14 points in the first half and that's usually a quarter for us. We usually get a lot of points in transition and they handled our press pretty well. This is a tough gym to shoot in, it's so wide and expansive. We're used to shooting in a box.

They're not the team they were last year, but they're still dangerous. They've won three in a row coming in here so they're capable of playing at a high level.

Defensively, our press hurt them and we scored a lot of those points in transition off of steals. We rotated very well and got hands up on their shooters. We were mainly just concentrating on defense.

We'll see how we bounce back. The girls are really upset right now, but I think they're going to bounce back fine. These girls have great character.

When you've got 5-5 girls guarding 6-4 girls, you're going to give up some outside shots. But I thought we played great defense. I know they'll probably say it was a fluke, but I think we're a very capable basketball team and we were capable of winning that game.

The kids that came off the bench gave us a spark. Lauren Hare defensively, she got us a few big tips. Right when they were starting to make a run, she'd get a hand on the ball, a steal, and I think that was pretty big.
