"Thomas William "Tommy" Lynch" was a New Zealand rugby league rugby football/footballer. An international centre for Other Nationalities rugby league team/Other Nationalities, he played for English club Halifax RLFC/Halifax from 1951 to 1956. He made 188 appearances for Halifax, scoring 112 tries and nine goals. He was a member of the 1953–54 Northern Rugby Football League season#Challenge Cup/1953–54 Challenge Cup squads. He played in another Challenge Cup final in 1956 but returned home to New Zealand after that. He died at his home in Canterbury Region/South Canterbury, New Zealand, on 29 December 2006.
