In the fourth quarter we did a good job and started to attack. In the third we were sitting around and everything was becoming a little stagnant.

He's very steady, patient, methodical and he understands what's going on. I wanted him to have the ball more often. So far this year he's responding. I'd like to see him do even more, but with the way things are going I can't complain.
