Tyler Evans swam a lifetime best in the 100 fly. It was a good team effort.

He was just three tenths of a second away from breaking the school record in the 100 fly.

Steve breaking the record gives the team some momentum heading into the final meet of the season. We have really pushed these guys hard and they have come back and responded.

The hard work is pretty much over right now. They need to keep working hard in practice and have faith that things will work out at the end of the season.

The practices will be reduced in the intensity and yardage these last three weeks. We rest and hope they can perform at their peak. If they stay healthy we should have a good end of the season.
