There are more and more individuals entering the work force who may not be proficient in English. As they increase in the work force, we sometimes see the rise of workplace policies that might interfere with their ability to maintain their jobs.

I don't think this is going to be the last of our community coming forward and taking the active part in what will impact their future. This is just the beginning.

There was an economic impact felt as a result of the boycott. The community's actions made the issue more palatable, more real to individuals who haven't accepted the Latinos' contribution numbers.
