We would love for all of these people to have great jobs, and that's our goal. If we can get them to have great skills, they can.

We'll get some more benchmarks to look at and see how we're doing on those issues. We're trying to regionalize and improve our labor market information so that we can improve our education and training programs.

Unemployment is so low that that's really not much of an available labor pool if you're trying to attract new jobs or encourage expansion of existing businesses and companies, so what we're seeing is that here are some people who are seeking better jobs.
