I don't think there's anything worse than unleashing a hairdresser who's inexperienced on a client who's paying money and has expectations. Education, for the person doing it, too, gives you an incredible amount of security.

We believe in a holistic spa. We don't believe in stuff that's intrusive to the skin, or poking and prodding the skin. We really believe in using the hands and using natural products.
