They have been so dedicated to making these changes and staying with them. They actually brought along a lot of their peers who are not participating in the challenge.

They really have understood all of the concepts we've gone through and even though there might be bad days and they can't do everything, they really know what to do.

To keep them going once this program's over, we need to look at where they go to eat, what they eat, figure out ways to make small changes that will help take off weight now and keep weight off later.

They're up front about their struggles and everyone goes through their ups and downs when they're trying to lose weight. It's not easy, but they're really dedicated to doing it.
