It's rewarding to get to help someone, especially when everything turns out well. The worst part of the job is a call when the situation is so out of control that you can't really help.

We're publishing custom magazines for a growing number of associations. We've won a couple of really big projects within the past year. One was an association that was losing money on their magazine, and they realized that just wasn't their expertise.

She said she needed help balancing her check book. And, there was the lady who apparently had a clock that didn't work very well. She called every day for a while, asking what time it was so she could reset her clock.
