It was an extremely tough course. The weather and surroundings were terrific, but the course itself was either up or down with no in between. To top it off, in some areas you were running across the slope.

Overall I was happy with the guys. It was a good meet. The kids got to stay in classes longer and more fans and friends were able to see them run.

Stephanie did a fantastic job. She has grown by leaps and bounds. She is a great person to have around the team.
