This was one of the better snow years for sure. There were no huge dumps of snow, but we had a long stretch where it snowed four to six inches each day.

Nothing has really happened with the case since 1999. There has always been something, and right now we're waiting for the adjudication court to take care of some of the details out there.

It kind of caught the department by surprise. There was just a large number of people who were there after the protests were filed.
