The roof came with this thick book of instructions. But we had a carpenter and an electrician volunteering, so we figured it out.

Because we have a dome now, instead of a flat roof, the telescope sits a lot higher on its mount. They built a platform that surrounds the base so that it is the perfect height for students to look into it.

This is a testament to the power of volunteers. Who knows how far we can take it. I would love to see this place in use every night of the year.
