Because he's got some natural aerobic ability, he's been able to spend more time on other areas of his game. He's spent a huge amount of time on his kicking, and the other thing he's focused on is his strength - he's put on between seven and nine kilos in a year that's basically muscle. He's got a man's body now.

He has done everything he?s been asked to do but some times these type of injuries are frustrating and more time is needed to get it right.

We've got three to five people who are exceptional (on the training track). Nathan is alongside people like Brett Burton, Simon Goodwin and Matthew Bode, and Ben Hart. They sort of set the benchmark for Adelaide in conditioning.

Given he's missed a fair bit of training now and hasn't played at all this year, that's probably about right.
