"Stephen Carroll" is a Canada/Canadian rock music/rock guitarist, currently a member of the indie rock band The Weakerthans. Originally a member of the punk rock band Painted Thin, he appeared as a guest musician on the first Weakerthans album, Fallow (album)/Fallow, and became a permanent member after Painted Thin broke up.

He also appeared as a guest musician on Greg Graffin's solo album Cold as the Clay, along with bandmates Jason Tait and Greg Smith.

I don't think he would have opened it to just anybody who happened to be there. I think he would have at least thought he recognized somebody to open the door to them.

He grabbed her and was trying to strike her with the brick, demanding money.

She was trying to fight him off and hold him off long enough to give him money just to leave them alone. That's the thing. He got the money. He didn't have to do all of this other stuff.

She's very upset, very emotional. She's lost without him. That was her whole life.

I think it's typical to have a demo ordinance within a (historic) district. I'm not so sure how well it will be received outside the district, but we will discuss that on Tuesday.
