"Shane Andre Mosley", also known as ""Sugar" Shane Mosley", is a retired Americans/American professional Boxing/boxer. Mosley has held world titles in three weight divisions, having held the International Boxing Federation/IBF lightweight title, Lineal championship/Lineal, World Boxing Council/WBC, World Boxing Association/WBA (Super) welterweight titles, and Lineal, WBC, WBA (Super), and The Ring (magazine)/The Ring magazine's light-middleweight titles. In 2000 and 2001 he was named Ring magazine's pound for pound best fighter in the world.

Mosley has fought and defeated some of the most recognizable names in the sport, including Oscar De La Hoya (twice), Antonio Margarito, Fernando Vargas, Ricardo Mayorga and many more. He has also gone toe-to-toe with world-renowned boxing champions such as Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Manny Pacquiao, and Miguel Cotto.

In 1998 Boxing Writers Association of America selected him as “Fighter of the Year." He was also given the same honor from International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2000. Mosley announced his retirement in 2013.
