We worked on spreading the court and attacking 'em and trying to get 'em in foul trouble a little bit. I guess it worked.

It's old, outdated and there's no parking. This will be a dramatic improvement. We know the town is looking to have buildings brought closer to the street, making them more pedestrian friendly. We had to go to the Zoning Board of Appeals to obtain a variance for the building to be located in close proximity to the road.
