"Scott Tinsley" is a former American football quarterback who played for one season in the National Football League for the Philadelphia Eagles in 1987 NFL season/1987. He was signed by the St. Louis Rams/Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent in 1984. He played college football at USC Trojans football/USC.

He played a whale of a game. He's getting confident and that's by design. We started him of slow and build with him and he is developing into a first-class quarterback.

It's hard to do any more than that. Obviously he's had to carry us through the first three weeks — maybe a little more than we had hoped for. We hoped to be a little more balanced, but he's just taken over.

That was big. Fortunately we were able to capitalize on it. I thought our sophomore quarterback (Michael Scott) threw a big ball to Fulmer, who makes all kinds of those type catches.

It's nice to give the ball to him and just let him run.

We thought he did a great job last week. He threw no interceptions last week and did not get sacked. That's a pretty good night. He scrambled out of the pocket and made a nice play for us on a screen.
