He's given up two hits with two walks and 25 strikeouts in two games. That's pretty impressive from any angle you look at it. He is really throwing the ball well and with a lot of confidence right now.

North is a very good ball club. Both of their pitchers I thought threw outstanding - good enough to win a game.

We got a couple of breaks today. We had a couple of balls fall in that might not in other cases. Our guys know they have to swing the bat and run the bases and attack all the time to win.

We finally came out swinging the bats. I've been telling the guys when we do that, good things will happen.

This was a good challenge for us and showed up where we are and what we need to work on. I am not disappointed with out effort. We just need to make plays when we have to.

When you have pitching, hitting and defense, you will win. And today we had two of the three with some timely hits. Today was extremely important to us with a big district win.

He was absolutely awesome out there. He was blowing the ball past people at times and at the same time he threw a really smart game. He mixed his pitches well and kept them off balance.

We've been trying to work him back in gradually. Him in the order really opens a lot of things up for us offensively. There is so much more we can do with his bat in there.

Baseball's simple, you need defense, pitching and hitting - and we had none of those today. Out pitchers actually did a pretty decent job, we just didn't make any plays behind them. Ohio had some balls fall in for them, but we didn't help ourselves much.
