She wanted to go to college. She understood what she wanted to do and understood what it took to play at the next level, and was willing to put in the time to be that good.

That just kind of told you right there what kind of player she was.

At the beginning of the third overtime, my whole team was exhausted; I was exasperated.

She believes she can beat anybody off the dribble any time. So there were times when she didn't entirely enjoy offensive sets or things we were doing.

We played with them for about a half a quarter.

I use her name a lot with the girls I have playing for me now. Some of them get tired of hearing me talk about her, probably. But she's a unique young lady that I was lucky enough to coach.

We got our rears whipped. The kids know it. I know it. I just hope we can give them a better game next time.
