I'm very happy to come up here and play four games and come away with the fifth-place trophy.

Scott didn't start today but he did a very nice job coming off the bench. He did what he had to do for us, give us a little spark or a little pickup. He did that. I'm very happy for Scott.

I was very happy defensively with the way we played. We did a lot of things to take away a couple of their strengths.

We haven't played anybody that big all year. Both teams were in foul trouble and our bench made a nice run.

The Bearcats have super quick guards that penetrate and like to shoot the three. They gave us some trouble in the second half.

In basketball, you very seldom see a game where there's not a run. They made a run, and then we came back and got a run in that fourth quarter.

We had a nice run at the end of the third quarter and the start of the fourth quarter. With Poore on the bench, B.J. Thompson did a nice job in the middle for us.

We would have liked to take care of business and get some rest. There are positives and negatives to playing back-to-back nights in a regional. The positive is that you don't have to wait around to play; the negative is that you don't have much time to prepare. There might also be a little fatigue factor, but there are no excuses this time of year.

We are very pleased to come out of the tournament 3-2. Hopefully we've gained some momentum into the last half of the season and the rest of the year.
