We had a good section meet, but we didn't want to put too much pressure on ourselves because it's a lot easier if we just go out and have fun. We didn't go all out (Thursday) because we wanted to make sure everyone made it down with some nice, clean runs. Everyone was just solid, and I think we can be even better next year. We'd love to get a dynasty going.

If you didn't know her, you'd never know she won state. We've even been at events where we chant 'Sonja won state, Sonja won state,' because she would never admit it.

We definitely started to wake up and came together as a unit in the second half.

We had all just participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at the high school, when we stay awake for about 24 hours straight. We were a little sleepy.
