The training was absolutely invaluable. We got lots of information in a short period of time. We need to hold on to that training and practice to keep our skills honed.

If there were a major earthquake in the state, Albany most likely would be on its own because our bridges probably would collapse and the roads would be impassable. No one could get here to help. We are now trained to do the work ourselves.
