There are some people that just feel there's a barrier and perhaps just didn't think it was possible and were dissuaded from making the attempt.

I'm not perfect. But I think in terms of someone who's concerned, tries to be dedicated to the community I live in, I think that would be something for people to take a look at and take notice of and, hopefully, get them interested in their own community.
