We've been using in school suspension as a punishment, but kids really don't seem to mind that. I think this will be a much better deterrent because they certainly don't want to stay after school.

[Coffee High principal] Dr. Tanner has heard the proposal and completely approves. The issue was brought to light because the parents want something done about it. I think this is a great solution to the problem and will definitely grab some attention.
