I think they picked schools that will fit their skills and their personalities. Those three as much as anybody we've sent out have a chance to succeed.

The biggest thing is they want the coaches to put together the presentation package, the tape. We have classes and try to instruct them how to do it. You'd be surprised to see how many won't do it.

It's not that the parents expect so much from coaches. They really don't have a clue what to do.
