He has a presence about him and leadership skills, and the ability to pull everybody together. I am thrilled.

It looks great. We'll get him back in the weight room next week and he'll be shooting free throws next week. We can't do anything really until we get the stitches out in about 10 days. He'll probably do some cardio next week and we'll get him going.
