My expectations are always out the roof. But these girls have all really worked hard. It's still hard for me because I want them to do their best.

I've already had her out with a golf club. It's going to be tough not being there with her, but thankfully this team has been with me for three years. So if I get a little out of sorts, they can manage without me.
