It's pretty good that we've taken a pro-active approach to make sure that we have the systems in place to receive those weather warnings and to get that message out to the public whether it be to evacuate, to shelter in place - whatever the warning might be that we need to issue, we have that in place.

(Residents) will not see a difference in the way the city is running.

We hope to have better communication with first responders and better communication with our nursing homes.

If we have better communication out front, the end will be even smoother.
