She's a huge element of positive life force. (On our team), she's taught people how to act and how to perform on difficult stages and how to carry yourself as a person.

It will be beneficial because (the players) will not be as sore. Hopefully, we will have less knee and ankle injuries.

Some of the kids weren't having fun with all the work, and they didn't enjoy being pushed that hard so soon. So we talked and listened and tweaked some parts of the schedule, like lifting two days a week instead of three, and we incorporated some games into our running drills.

The new facility will be huge for recruiting. It will allow us to have one of the premier training facilities in the country.
