We're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel here in Northern California.

We've very fortunate that this current storm system is going to deliver its precipitation north of there.

There's a great deal of uncertainty associated with this cutoff low system as to where it will stall, where it will come across. So people need to remain in touch and don't assume the forecast won't change.

The next 12 to 18 hours are critical for determining the ultimate river levels that we reach throughout the night and into tomorrow.
