This time, I'm doing it right. As much as I hate to take notes, I'm going to do it. I've got too. I did really bad in school because I wouldn't take notes. I'm not going to make the same mistake with my house.

I got frustrated because I couldn't remember at the end of the day which house had the nice deck, which one had the great master suite and which one had the lousy, leaking basement. I guess I should have made notes, but I figured I'd be able to remember things like that. Actually, I thought I'd see one that really stood out and wouldn't have to worry about the others.
