"Richard Blair" is an English former cricketer. He was a left-handed batsman who played for Bedfordshire County Cricket Club/Bedfordshire. He was born in Stanstead, Suffolk.
Blair represented Bedfordshire in the Minor Counties Championship and the MCC Trophy between 1989 and 1995, but made just a single List A appearance for the side, during the 1994 NatWest Trophy competition. Blair scored 21 runs in his only one-day innings.
