We have incentives in place for contractors to finish early on both paving projects and even though no one likes to see us go into Incline Village, we have to do it.

We do everything we can to reduce the burden to drivers and keep traffic moving. Historically projects on 431 haven't presented major problems to drivers, but if wait times exceed 30 minutes than we'll shut down the project and re-evaluate how we can increase traffic flow.
