"Anthony Razor Shines" (born July 18, 1956 in Durham, North Carolina) is a retired baseball player who played first baseman/first base for the Montreal Expos for four seasons, from 1983–1985 and 1987. He also served as a base coach for the New York Mets from 2009 to 2010.

He is currently manager of the Tulsa Drillers, the Class AA affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

These guys come in here to play every night, and they play for 27 outs. When you play that way for 27 outs and there's an opportunity, we're going to seize it and get back in the ball game.

This is not last year's team. There's probably one person on this club who played here last year.

You never know when enough is enough. The five we got was enough. Every at-bat that inning was a quality at-bat, we had quality at-bats late in the game, but they made some good pitches and got out of some tough spots.

He's a guy who as long as he wants a job in baseball is going to have one. He's a good person, he knows the game of baseball and can teach it. Hopefully, that's down the road because he has a lot of playing left in him.
