I think there's a bit of a rush to dump that product.

By taking the money away, there is less invested in the United States, less produced and more imports. It would guarantee less supplies to the U.S. It is the wrong way to go.

Sure, they're big, and they're growing all the time. Oil is a big industry, but they're spending a lot to bring the product to market.

We have to move it from the Midwest, move it by rail or by truck, and so it's a different distribution system, a different storage system, and that is just coming into play right now.

You can think of it as a discount, too, in some areas, just as you might see discounts in movie theaters or discounts in airlines or hotels. The same thing with gasoline.

We do have a problem. We do need more supply.

So much depends on the price of that crude oil and that's determined on the worldwide marketplace by all of the buyers and sellers out there.
