I've always been interested in being a head coach, whether it's in college or NFL. I think it depends on the program and school whether I would consider it or not.

He's got size and speed. He finished up strong toward the end of the season and got some playing time which is a big plus for a young guy. Now we're looking for him to take the next step and be a better player.
