I believe the solutions to many of our current health problems already exist scattered around the world in different databases. If we could mine them successfully, we might be able to find cures to some of these diseases.

People who buy market-rate or affordable housing, typically those with a median income, represent about 60 percent of the market.

These are also the people who want health and comfort establishments near their homes -- drugstores, grocery stores, nice gas stations, dry cleaners. These things are not yet available in the Downtown area.

They obviously enjoy it, they're loving it, so if we can come out and support them, (that's) awesome.
