He has a long record of poking Republicans in the eye. He's so far out there. He campaigned for John Kerry. I rest my case.

He'll need earmuffs in hell if he gets through the primary. There are some moderate Republicans over the mountains outside the Central Valley, but when they take a look at his record, I'd be surprised if they support him.

Anybody who competes in the political arena is always adapting to the way the game is played. If the rules change, people adapt. At the end of the day, this will probably have zero impact - if it passes.

More than any time we can remember in the past, the voters really seem to be checked out. Maybe we ranked 12th, but few voters anywhere are paying any attention.
