East Tennessee is a really beautiful place. My business isn't really based here at all, but I like living here. It's a really good place to raise a family and to live. I think a lot of people are finding that out.

The similarities to Ireland are very close in East Tennessee. We wanted to build a subdivision that sort of reflected a little bit of where we were raised. ...
