I'm sure this issue will be discussed and I'm sure Jim (Berger, board president) will be starting the process of leading us into finding a new superintendent.

Bob's always taking about his kids and grandkids, and none of them are here locally. You could tell, he'd really rather be with them. He's been good for P-H-M, but he can't be in two places.

Tough skin, insight into what works, good communication skills, bridge-building skills and especially knowing how Indiana school law works are all a plus for a new superintendent to have.

Having Dr. Howard leave is a disappointment and P-H-M doesn't want a revolving door for superintendents.
