Our recommendation is one (social worker) to every 400 (students), but no state yet approaches that.

We don't want to stop people from having a good time, but we want them to respect the other people who want to enjoy their visit.

Right now our nation is focused on academic excellence. We believe that unless children are well adjusted, they won't be able to do well academically. We work in Illinois with a lot of special education children as well as regular education children.

I think it's lack of education - that's usually the problem with urban communities.
