I'm definitely looking forward to opening day at Delaware Park. When I came up to New York, we had planned on going back to Delaware, but I actually did better than I first anticipated. That made my decision kind of difficult. I feel pretty good about the business we had, and, hopefully, it will continue to open things up for the future.

She did it very easily last time. This was a different scenario. She's a pretty long filly and you think it will take her a while to get going, but she makes it so easy for you. As soon as you take a hold of her, she's ready to take off.

As soon as I got to the top of the stretch I shook him up and got an immediate response. In the stretch, once I knew he wasn't going to get beat, I put my hands down and he eased himself up. He's a real smart horse ... and he's very deceiving. He just covers a lot of ground with ease.

I felt that I had nothing to lose, but everything to gain coming to Saratoga, ... I think I've accomplished my mission. I've been riding races for everybody and have gotten some good exposure. I'm thinking about going to Gulfstream (Park) over the winter and hopefully by riding here, I'll have some more business if I go.

He was a little more aggressive going to the pole, but once he got going he was laid back like the last time.

Once I got him clear down the lane, he was very determined to win. It was nice winning on a course like this because some people said he couldn't win on firm ground. The turf is very firm.
