They do seem to be holding steady in terms of market share in the U.S..
I just see this as a lot of competitive wrangling that's just not going to affect the market place for a very long time.
They will seek to use it as a negotiating tool.
St. Jude is clearly small enough for them to absorb. I think it's a good target. I don't think they're going to have trouble raising money for it.
